How to Find Us

Sustain Health is located in York Street, between Clarendon and Moray Streets, in the heart of South Melbourne. Tram routes 112, 96 and 1 all travel within a short walk of Sustain Health. To plan your public transport trip, go to ptv.vic.gov.au . Metered and free on-street car parking is available on York, Coventry, Dorcas and Cecil Streets. Under-cover car parking is also available a short walk away at Aldi and Woolworths in Market Street.

Cancellation Policy

To reduce waiting times for our patients, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. This means that if you are going to miss an appointment, you are obliged to let us know. Patients will be charged are rescheduling and cancellation fee if an appointment is missed or cancelled without providing a minimum notice of 24 hours.
